We are delighted to announce the appointment of our new Senior Prefects for the upcoming academic year. This group includes our Head Boy, Head Girl, Deputy Head Boy, and Deputy Head Girl, all selected from the outstanding pool of candidates in Year 5.
This year, our Year 5 pupils were given the exciting opportunity to apply for these key positions of responsibility by writing a letter of application to Mrs. Cripps. The response was overwhelming, with numerous pupils eager to take on the challenge and demonstrate their readiness for leadership roles within our school community.
The letters submitted by our aspiring prefects were nothing short of exceptional. Each one showcased a remarkable level of thought, dedication, and passion for contributing positively to life at Sherborne House. Mrs Cripps and Mrs Bench faced the difficult task of selecting the new prefects from this talented group, given the high calibre of all the applicants. Their decision-making process was thorough and thoughtful, ensuring that the chosen Senior Prefects exemplify the values and qualities that we hold dear.

These four pupils have demonstrated exceptional maturity, responsibility, enthusiasm and diligence throughout their time at Sherborne House. We are confident that they will excel in their new roles, inspiring their peers and contributing positively to the school community.
As we welcome our new Senior Prefects, we must also express our deep gratitude to this year’s Senior Prefects. They have done a wonderful job, setting a high standard for leadership and service at Sherborne House. Their commitment and hard work have left a lasting impact, and we are grateful for their contributions. They now pass the baton to our new team, leaving behind a legacy of excellence.
